JULY 27: THE END OF AMERICA: Obama Set to Sign UN Treaty to Disarm US
July 27, 2012 is the date that could be on the epitaph of the Late Great USA.
That's because Barack Obama is planning on signing a diabolical anti-Constitutional United Nations treaty on July 27 that does such things as give America-hating nations like Iran the right to decide which U.S. citizens are allowed to carry firearms.
Liberals claim embrace this treaty because once signed it will allegedly become binding international law, overriding the Second Amendment and the U.S. Constitution.
Conducting Talk Show interviews on this topic is Constitutional Attorney Gary Kreep, who says Barack Hussein Obama's State Department has been furiously negotiating this agreement at the U.N. for some time.
Said Gary, "Now the treaty is almost finished and ready for the Senate's consideration. The Senate is our last chance to stop this monstrous agreement, and to save our Second Amendment rights!"
Kreep continued, "This treaty establishes 'common international standards' for regulating the sale and possession of weapons – including rifles and handguns. The Left claims that this treaty will supersede the U. S. Constitution.
It will purportedly give totalitarian governments, like China and Iran, a say over whether you and I can defend ourselves in our own homes. This is a brazen attempt by Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., to try to criminalize your right to keep and bear arms. It is yet another scheme by this illegitimate occupant of the Oval Office to curtail our liberties.
He wants to turn America into a dictatorship. And this secretly negotiated international treaty helps him do just that."
Gary added, "Never before in our nation's history have our Second Amendment rights been in such jeopardy. Liberal Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will likely try to ram this treaty through the Senate as quickly as possible before the American people realize what is happening. That means that we may be only one Senate vote away from losing the 2nd Amendment forever, we have to act fast."
This treaty's supporters say that it is necessary in order regulate the arms trade between nations. However, in reality, this accord does far, far more. It declares that "international human rights law” will govern the sale of weapons. And left-wing politicians will likely claim that strict gun control is "a human right.”
Once this treaty is ratified, the Left will have the 'moral high ground' of International law as an excuse to ban all firearms sales in the U.S., and to begin gun confiscations.
And, then, we will be at the mercy Barack Obama and his minions.
Barack Hussein Obama has always opposed the 2nd Amendment. And, now, he may have found the vehicle to scrap it entirely!
And just to ensure its passage, Mr. Obama is no doubt already twisting arms and motivating (a.k.a. bribing) Senators with pork-barrel projects in order to secure their support for this horrible international agreement.

A 1972 graduate of the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, Mr. Kreep graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1975 with a Juris Doctor. He passed the California State Bar Examination on his first try, and started practicing law in 1975.

Mr. Kreep currently serves as General Counsel to the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, an unpaid position.
Political/Civic: Mr. Kreep served on the California Delegations to the 1976 and 1980 Republican National Conventions. He has been a member of a number of Republican organizations, including several California Republican Assembly Chapters. Mr. Kreep also served as appointed General Counsel to Region 16 of the Young Republican National Federation, and elected General Counsel to the California Young Republicans.
Mr. Kreep served for one year on the San Diego County, California PUBLIC WELFARE ADVISORY BOARD (PWAB). PWAB is an advisory board to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors concerning the San Diego County Department of Social Services. Mr. Kreep served for two years on the SAN DIEGO HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION (HRC). HRC is an advisory board to the San Diego City Council, charged with the task of enforcing the San Diego City non-discrimination ordinances, including its gay rights ordinance.
Mr. Kreep was a member from 1969 until 1984 of YOUNG AMERICANS FOR FREEDOM (YAF). He served as San Diego County Chairman, California State Vice-Chairman, California State Chairman, and a Member of the National Board of Directors of YAF. Mr. Kreep served in the BIG BROTHER Program for four years.
Legal: Mr. Kreep is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of California, the United States Federal Court for the Central District of California, the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of California, and all state courts in California. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the Sixth Circuit.
